It could be this TSB: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1227
The goggles, they do nothing!

I have the same program and its scary stuff, dying on the highway numberous times .My FEH is 2008 bought used. Not sure if thats the solution given. The hybrid was definitely not idling at highway speeds, when this happened. Bringing it to dealer to figure out will be difficult (they dont have experts on hybrids there and very expensive) but I guess I have too. I was hoping it was something I could fix.

I was going to suggest the same TSB that Canada Panda posted above that the dealer will have to perform. From what I remember reading through the TSB, it doesn't seem like it is something that will take a long time at the dealership to have done. Really just seems to be a computer update. Maybe taking an hour to do at the dealership. IF that is what it is. But from what you describe, it seems to be.
Next time I get pulled over, I'm going to tell the officer I'm trying to get this baby up to 88mph so I can get back to 1985.
