1986 Ford Ranger XLT Supercab 2.9L V6 5-spd manual

Purchased new in the Fall of that year.
Sold it 21 years later w 110,00 miles.
The photos were taken prior to selling it.
The truck was in decent shape, but the photos make it look a lot better than it actually was.
I was in the process of collecting nos parts n such when someone came knocking on my door and made an offer that I couldn't refuse.

sweet! i used to have an 89 ext cab 2.9l 2wd. picket it up for 800 bucks put a free transmission in it, drove the crap out of it for a year and sold it for 500 bucks lol.

Not so much now. Still driving my 94 F-150 with 170K on the clock. Bought new, and still looks and drives great!

Traded in my '94 Ranger XLT Supercab V6 w/147,000 miles this past summer under CARS rebate program ("cash-for clunkers") on my new '09 Escape XLT. Between Uncle Sam's $4,500 & the $2,500 from Ford, it was a heck of a deal

my 89 had over 300,000km on it when i sold it. same paint scheme as yours but dark green with brown lower.
