I can't register my 2003 For Escape XLT 3.0L SUV in California without an emissions label. (for some reason there is not one under the hood and I am original owner!) I need to find one or get a picture of one from another 2003 Ford Escape. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the City!!! Sorry you are running into issues with getting your Escape registered. You did pass the SMOG test, right?? It seems that the DMV wouldn't care about the sticker if you passed. Unfortunately, I traded my 2003 with the V6 back in 2008 so I can't help you out with that one.

passed SMOG test but DMV wants a manufacturer's label that they say is put on at time of production from the assembly plant. I found a label maker who can make it if I can produce even a photo that lists all the elements that go on the label.
