Hello,

I own a 2005 Ford Escape, and would like to change the original stereo to a nice aftermarket stereo. I would appreciate some help into what to buy that "fits" the dashboard stereo size, since some of the one's I have seen are either a bit smaller or larger !!!

I have a 2005 Escape Hybrid and took out the Ford Mach system and installed a double din headunit from Kenwood. I would recommend going this way. Shop around for prices and other needed items to complete your sound system such as amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers and "material" to quiet your cabin area.

I have a Kenwood DNX7100 model. The current model is DNX7140. The top of the line is DNX9140 and comes with a few extra "bells and whistles". Happy shopping.
