Have this escape I just picked up had other issues but now I got it running I got some tranny codes. For the Tcc solienoid and a and B shift solenoids to both also have a fault I’m guessing it’s all related. The car runs drives but as soon as you start to go faster the Trac control light starts to flash and almost seems like it’s trying to engage. It was low on fluid but all topped up now. it does shift though and I have reverse fuses are good and I have the wrench symbol on the dash.

Where do I start?

Start with the codes… It sounds like possibly your tone rings are failing… There's some investigation to be done
When you have a wrench light on, your codes are why it is on. I Believe your traction controllers got issues. Might not be major.

make sure all four tires are the same size if your all-wheel-drive. Not trying to be a jerk, you said you just got it though.

The codes are
TCC low voltage, check for open or short
Solenoid A - PCM has detected electrical abnormality.
Solenoid B - pcm has detected a problrm
With solenoid b

Fwd, all tires are the same. It almost sounds like the trans possibly has no electrical power? Is there a connector I can check? Anyone have a diagram?

I always thought the tone rings were connected to the ABS and Trac control. No abs lights. I also tried with the Trac control off, has the same issue.

could a bad speed sensor have anything to do with it? Does power go from the PCM, to the speed sensor, and back to the PCM and back to the trans?

I can also feel a slight whirling, almost a grinding under slow acceleration through the gas pedal when the TC light starts flashing.
From the codes, sounds like one of the solenoids failed, the PCM may be detecting a voltage fluctuation in the other solenoid… Or feedback. Or it failed too. I would start with replacing solenoid b first.
Also, sounds like you have a broken wire somewhere, but the failed solenoid could also be the open circuit
If the solenoids are difficult to get to, and they are side-by-side, I would replace them both at the same time regardless.
Wheel speed sensor could be the open circuit too… I would stay focused on the shift solenoids
