Hi

I have a 2009 Ford Escape without message center and temperature compass display.
I would like to know if there is any way I can install the message center on my insterment cluster, and add on the temperature guages.

Message center is a lost cause, the time and money to attempt to add it would out be worse than (more expensive) having that feature out of the dealership. In the future if you would want to upgrade to aftermarket stereo, then the center display would be useless anyways unless you had the SYNC system then a $400 module would save that feature, but in your case you dont have SYNC, so no issue there. TEMP GAUGE well take a look here
