Hey all, first post. I've got a 2010 with the 3.0, it's making the cam ticking noise but I was under the impression that was only an issue up to 08? I don't have a misfire or cel. Mine only has 75k on it and runs smooth otherwise. My question is does replacing and torquing the bolts fix this? I can upload a video if necessary.

As above, you will have to remove the covers to see what is happening. You can use a stethoscope in an attempt to really localize the source of the noise, but in the end, to know the cause, you'll have to remove the cover.
If the noise was due to a lifter that was sticking or had low pressure, then it would be limited to the one affected. If it was a loose cam bearing cap, then it is possible that only one is making noise, if the cap was at the end of the cam, and the other lifters are taking up the slack until it gets looser, and then they will start to announce also.
