Well, my wife and I purchased a New 2010 Ford Edge Limited (Rapid Spec 301A), taking advantage of the 0% for 60 Months and $1,000 Credit Cash rebate. It's pretty much loaded to the gills except for the in-dash touch-screen navigation, but I'm not too upset about it. Got the Red Candy Metallic exterior, Medium Stone interior, Vista Roof, 20" Rims ( :) ), power liftgate, SYNC, and lots of other fun things. Yes I know...

:pics:

Will be posting as soon as possible. Just thought I'd share my excitement.

First impressions... This "Crossover" drives VERY nice, but I'm also used to my 01 Escape. Lots of fun extras to play with!!!

I still have the Escape!!! The Edge is replacing my wife's 2005 Cavalier that we have to give back to her parents. She got to upgrade to a "big girl" car, as I like to call it.

As you can see, I have a landscaping project in the works too... Gotta get that done soon!!!

This is the wife's car. Hopefully my Mustang will come next year! :) Hoping to get a used 2011 for a decent price. Eying that 412 HP!

Congrats! I really liked the wheels that Ford added after I bought my Edge, and those look awesome!
They are sharp. I wasn't really looking to get the 20", but this car happened to be on the lot and we liked it. Not looking forward to replacing the tires later down the road.

Well, I am impressed with this car to say the least. We put 600 miles on it this weekend on our trip back to Indiana. It rides so smooth, quiet, and has plenty of power. It really puts my 10 year old Escape to shame! (Still love the Escape though!) I'm glad we decided to pull the trigger and get the Edge. I'll work on interior pics this week. Thanks for all the comments!

How was your gas mileage on the trip???

Glad you are enjoying your new Edge!!!
The gas mileage was decent. I think we averaged around 23-24 MPG and that was with about 100 miles in the city and 900 Highway/Interstate. My original mileage post was wrong. We put on 1,000 miles.... Oooops. Plus, I was running about 80 MPH 60% of the time on the interstate. I was just ready to get to where we were going!!!

That isn't bad. I know the feeling of wanting to get where you are going especially with 1,000 miles. Hope you guys had a nice trip! :peace:
