2010 Escape Changing radio from US to Europe

I have a 2010 Escape XLT with the Sirus Sat radio (not the SYNC system). i recently moved to germany from the states with the military. is there any way to change the programming in my stereo to the European radio station frequency spacing from the USA Frequency spacing. basically right now i get 25% of the available radio stations in Germany. really i just want the Armed forces network on 100.2 out here with some english speaking people on it. thank you in advance for any help

but the turn signals were converted, we have the standard, turn signal should be yellow. It was designed and manufactured board

You need to reprogram the SJB.
For ELM327 is enough to switch on the MS-CAN
Elm327 remake just http://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4

further into the machine (switch to MS-CAN) to connect and execute the commands in terminal (i use STNterm https://www.scantool.net/scantool/downl ... utilities/)
