2010 Escape Changing radio from US to Europe

I have a 2010 Escape XLT with the Sirus Sat radio (not the SYNC system). i recently moved to germany from the states with the military. is there any way to change the programming in my stereo to the European radio station frequency spacing from the USA Frequency spacing. basically right now i get 25% of the available radio stations in Germany. really i just want the Armed forces network on 100.2 out here with some english speaking people on it. thank you in advance for any help

I have the same problem, I am using 2011 Ford Escape xlt 2.4 and my radio is with odd numbers us. I clearly understand from pictures that you succeeded but I did not understand how you did it.

Could you kindly tell me how you did it? What parts you got ?

Dear friends Finally I remade the elm327 and computer is ready which program should I use? Scan master elm 2.1.104.771, wOBD, and scan tool net 121. Your guidance will be a great help thank you
