2010 Escape Changing radio from US to Europe

I have a 2010 Escape XLT with the Sirus Sat radio (not the SYNC system). i recently moved to germany from the states with the military. is there any way to change the programming in my stereo to the European radio station frequency spacing from the USA Frequency spacing. basically right now i get 25% of the available radio stations in Germany. really i just want the Armed forces network on 100.2 out here with some english speaking people on it. thank you in advance for any help

Two possibilities, with my lack of knowledge about this stuff:

1) the dealership could re-program your radio; or,

2) get an iPod, use the radio feature on it... and then get a cable to use the Line In feature. :D
