Brake locked up and turned red. Caliper piston failed. I ended up replacing the rotor, caliper, pads and new brake hose. Drives ok for a week or so and then the left front brake locks up again. Thinking it was either the master cylinder or abs. I pulled the fuse on abs (red jcase fuse #9) and the car has not had a brake problem for a few weeks. I put the fuse back in and again experiencing the brake locking up on the left front wheel. No abs lights (except when I had the fuse out).
Tone ring seem to be tight. The wheel would lock up with the abs fuse back in and when I drive over some rough roads or gravel (seems that way) and would stay locked up until the car cools down (like overnight).
Any thoughts?

Bad wheel sensor can cause the ABS unit to apply that brake thinking wheel is spinning. Normally this would cause the ABS/Traction lights on the dash to come on. The ABS module could also be bad although less common.
I normally dont throw parts at a fix but you can get a new ABS sensor for that wheel at about $15 online and worth the try.
I had to replace both of mine on front.
