Hi,

I am wracking my brain trying to figure out what wiring harness to get to replace the head unit on my 2012 with Sync/Navigation & premium sound. I'm not looking for anything fancy, I do not care about anything other than getting music from my iPhone to my speakers (my head unit was severely damaged), so I'm not worried at all about sync integration, steering wheel controls, etc, although if I can save my backup camera that would be nice but it's not a must. I believe I have a separate amp underneath my passenger seat in addition to the sub amp at the rear.

My question is, what harness(es) do I need for the head unit, and secondly, what harnesses do I need for the amp in case I replace the factory amp with an aftermarket amp. Attached is a pic of the wiring behind my head unit. Thank yo u in advance!

I have aftermarket speakers and sub, the speaker amp is still factory. I just don't know if there is a simple harness available for an aftermarket head unit, since most of the ones I find adapt the line level outputs which is what I don't want. I could technically replace just the screen of my unit since that is the only thing broken, but I'm trying to keep it simple. Looks like simple is not an option here lol

You can try Crutchfield. They usually have stuff like adapter harnesses. Just enter your vehicle specifics and answer the questions about the way it came from the factory.

I have, the problem is that the results that come up are $400+ solutions that are meant to integrate SYNC, CAN, etc. None of those features are worth the money at this point for this old of a vehicle
