Hello my name is daniel i have a 2013 ford escape and noticed at night my headlights are pulsing and as speed increases so does the pulse . Its not only in the headlights but when it does it , i can even hear it in the sunroof motor and see it in the visor light and my cigg lighter output is anywhere from 14.3 to 16 V DC . Also my dash keeps going out showing a time bar and says shutting off to save battery>>> please help !
