Looking for help, and I am about to clinically insane, if I cannot find a fix to this noise lol. I have a 2017 Escape Se 1.5l Ecoboost. Since I bought this vehicle, it has been one thing after another.

Not even a year into owning the SUV, my #2 cylinder decided to come apart because of a coolant intrusion issue, and I ended up needing a whole new short block. Then at just about 38,000 miles, the rear knuckle bushings went bad. You cannot just buy or fix the bushings, you have to buy a whole new rear knuckle. To make matters even worse, it requires the wheel hub to come off, which means that not only do you have to buy two rear knuckles (and wait for 7 weeks for the parts to come in) you also have to shell out even more cash for new wheel hubs.

Then, when changing my oil, I noticed that the turbo had a small oil leak. It wasn't getting the floor of my garage dirty or anything, it was just a little damp with oil. This is really frustrating! I really try to take care of my cars as much as possible. All my co-workers think I am nuts, but I religiously use full synthetic oil, and still change the oil at 3k miles. So, I take it to the dealership, because it should still be under the manufacturers warranty. They tell me that a little oil seepage from the turbo is normal and not something that they can fix. This does not seem like a very good idea, if what the mechanic said was true. You would think that Ford wouldn't want the turbo to leak...

This brings me to my posting... it is not nearly as serious as the prior three things (or at least I hope not). I have a non-stop, really annoying squeak, or chirp coming from my rear passenger side. It sounds like it is coming from the rear passenger door area, but it kinda echoes throughout the entire interior. I got under the SUV and tried to find it on my own, but had no results. I have taken this to two different mechanics, including a Ford Dealership, and it seems that nobody can even hear the noise. If this is true, I must really be doing something wrong lol. Has anyone encountered this squeak? Does anyone have any idea of what it is, or how to fix it? Any help, would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

If you want to find the noise source, you most likely will have to get a passenger (or driver) so someone can sit closely while the noise is being generated. That should help with locating the source. An additional help may be a length of garden hose that can be directed to very small locales while holding the other end near an ear(working, hopefully). The hose will mask other noises and allow one to determine an almost exact location or at least whether the noise is internal or external. It is likely not feasible to find the source without being able to move around and determine the location, which a driver cannot really do very well. Maybe some day.
Once you determine the location it may be possible to move things manually to simulate what vehicle motion causes. That can sometimes allow you to get the exact noise and figure a means to make it less bothersome.

All my weird cannot find the source of it sounds on my 2017 ended up being the full length underbody plastic. It is only for noise abatement, but it flapped from the second month I owned it until 75 mph winds and 80 mph vehicle speed finally tore it up (the Costco tire guy broke half of the attachments and left the front hanging down). Once I removed it no more rattles, squeaks, or clicks on the passenger side.

Those panels were new to 2017, previous 2013-2016 generation didn't have them.

Bangster... did you get Costco to cough up for a replacement panel? I bet the OEM part price would be a shocker for some compressed plastic/paper/rubber.
The lack of confidence in the qualifications of lube techs makes me hesitant to have anyone but me work on my vehicles. The first time they drained the crankcase, one and only, they somehow managed to cross thread the plug. Since then it has been bothersome to unthread after it is loosened with a wrench. Turn a bit using fingers, on a hot bolt, and then it binds. Wrench a bit, and it frees up, more and it binds again. Somehow I always seem to bathe my digits in hot oil. Thanks, dealer. Not.
The underside panels are more for reducing wind resistance than noise abatement. If you look at the underside of a Maverick, almost the whole thing has a fibrous panel attached, providing a relatively smooth underbody for less aero drag. I got almost 39mpg with a 2.0 ecoboost, so it must work.
