II have a 2018 Escape Titanium and have an engine question. It starts with an
Magazine report (consumers report) on car problems. The article shows that the 2018 Escape has major engine issues reported, enough to cause a “red” bubble in the report. My question is do the engine problems pertain to all Escape engines or specific ones?

Google search for "ecoboost 2.0 coolant intrusion". While the 1.5 seems likely to have issues, it happens for the 2.0 as well. There is a TSB on it, https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10169807-0001.pdf
