You have the idea, with antenna on centre of roof. :thumb:

That provides a reasonably optimal lobe, as in a radiation pattern.

My wife just got a Collie pup. For her mom, who doesn't want a chewing pup in her house.

So, now we have a collie pup :doh: .

Do you not know the name or mfg. of your barrier, I really like it and I think it would be better than just letting that big or soon to be big dog have the run of the car. She's getting too big for a kennel in the car, and I think the back of the Tribute is sufficient in size for a big dog. A barrier like yours may just be the ticket. :thumb:

Don't the bottom rails/tubes slide out further -- to provide better coverage?

Bottem rails do slide out.. At the time of the pictures, I din't know that yet, lol.
