Folks,

I first wish I had a Escape with Sync. For my business and as much driving as I do, it would have helped me a great deal. I'm in Socal and I have been looking for someone...anyone that has added a BT Handsfree Kit w/Voice Recog to their stock Escape radio. The only reason I don't want to replace the stock stereo with another HU or NAV is because I don't want the FDIM to go dark and useless. Has anyone done this in their '08 Escape and if so how did you do it. Lastly, what BT kit did you use? I'm considering the Parrot CK3000 Evolution.

Any help you can provide is great. I'm sure I'm going to have the Escape for a couple of years.

Thanks,

FG.

I just picked up the BlueAnt Super Ant 3 I think it is. Clips to the visor and cost like $60. So far it's been working out real well and goes forever without a charge. My wife complains sometimes when I'm cruising on the highway around eighty, as it seems to pick up the road noise. For the price though I like it. Sync would be nice though.

I got two similar, they clip to the visor. Motorola brand, got them @ Verizon store for $50 on sale. I saw a jawbone brand at costco last weekend.
