selling for scrap??? Where is it? :shock:
Air Plenum went all hand grenade on me...
Last week in 10 degree weather, my wife tried to start our 2003 xlt v6 4x4.
The air plenum blew up like a shot gun. ends up, the old 100,000mile catalytic converter clogging has happened. instead of blowing out my egr valve, it blew the air intake. looks like it's been shot. better news? to replace all three cats, the air plenum and labor will be about 3000 bucks. i'm selling it for scrap and buying a minivan for the wife. Car-Max here I come.
