I know some cars have those chrome or metal caps you can buy to cover the outside lights to give it that chrome look.

I was wondering if they sell that for our cars?

thanks guys... learning a ton from you escape/tribute geniuses.

Yeah, the last person who forgot to include the Mariner ended up as a dung beetle.

The Tribute's mirror housings have always been the same as the Escape's.

Be careful if you order chrome mirror housings that claim to fit 2001-2002 Escapes. Early Escapes and Tributes (and all UK Ford Maverricks) had a thicker hinged area at the base of the mirror. Ford changed that design sometime (I think) in 2002, and made the hinged area thinner to deal with wind noise complaints.

The 2008+ North American models have completely different mirrors, and they can be swapped between NA 2008+ E/M/Ts.

Thanks for the info on the mirros Jpark.
I'll be sure to look out for the right fit.
And about the handles? I'm almost sure
that they are the same or perhaps have the
same fit.

Let me know if I'm right or wrong.
Once again thanks for the help!!!

The door handles have stayed the same on all Escapes, Tributes, Mavericks, and Mariners, from 2001 right up to the 2009+ models.

I've seen full door handles (not just covers) for the Escape on ebay, but not very often. I'd get those over the handle covers, but only if you can take apart the interior door panels.
