I made my resolutions, and have kept them already! HA, HA!

The trick is to pick something that you know that you need to do, it has to be something that can be done immediately and build on it. So, I do that! Well, lately I have. :)

1. Lose 5 lbs by my 40th B-day (~1 month).

2. Lose 20 lbs total this year (lost 25 last year with a goal of 20).

3. Read through the Bible from cover-to-cover.

I've made a whole crap load of resolutions...

First up is to make myself more healthy head to toe. More exercise (cardio and strength), start off slow and build up to more intense stuff. Eat less sugar and carbs, more protein, smaller and better meals. More fruits, vegetables and salad. Less coffee and more water... I just want to feel stronger and loose my gut...

Part of that is also less alcohol. I'm not a big drinker anymore but it really messes with how I fell the next day no matter how much I have. I don't need it (I just like it ;)). Plans are to have only 2 drinks max at social events and not have it at all when I'm home. I also don't need the extra calories at this point...

Second is to get some quality work done on my house. I had issues with my knees that kept me from doing much last year. They are better but need to strengthen them so I don't re-injure myself. I'll start packing up the junk I have upstairs and moving it out bit by bit. Then I need to set up a bedroom on the first floor. Then gut the second floor, rewire the cable and network lines, fix the insulation issues, put up new sheet rock on the walls and ceilings, put up new trim and paint. I might also get new windows while I'm at it...

Finally, I need to be more consistent and organized. I was late with way too many payments last year. That can't happen anymore...
