best brakes and rotors?

Im looking for the best brakes and rotors for my front end of my escape. I have been researching and the EBC Rotors and Red stuff pads seem like a good fit.. I wanted to know what everyone else is using in there Escape.

Had new brakes put on in December for yearly contribution to NH safety inspection. Brake shop put in Raybestos ceramics (don't know exact type) when I mentioned OEM dust problems. They've been great ever since, no dust at all. Standard rotors.
