Someone else mentioned, "Wow, lots of people dying this week!" Seeing how there are over 6 BILLION people on the planet, and thanks to TV it seems like half of them are celebrities (reality shows, commercials, sports figures, politicians) it does seem like more than the "old" days. Sorry, I had to throw that in there.

I agree with Jimmy about getting a regular checkup. I just turned 41 and had a nasty palpitation a few months ago. I went for a checkup and found out my heart was mostly OK but slightly enlarged and I have mild hypertension. I've been working out as much as possible since then to try to get things right. Blood pressure is down a little but the weight hasn't really gone down as much as I'd like. I'm gonna keep at it though. Eventually things will get better :yes:
