Well, after all that my wife has been through these last few years, I thought she deserved a bit of a treat, so as a suprise to her, I bought her this car, a Late 2003 model BMW 316ti, which admittedly has been in our family's ownership since new.

But, more importantly, note the 100 watt spotlights on the Maverick ;)

Cool! I hope it treats her well (and vice-versa ;) )

A friend of mine had a BMW like that and he added a supercharger to it. I think he said it had 300+ hp. It was fast! He took me for a ride and scared the :censor: out of me.

Thanks for all the replies :thumb:

The Baby Beemer has only got 56,400 on the clock, and a FBMW service history indeed everything for (and including) the car, such as lightbulbs, tyres and wiperblades, have all come from Castle BMW in York.
The service file is immense.

To get it into the condition on the photo's, it took a whole day of claybaring, 3 coats of Autoglym SRP, followed by 6 coats of Autoglym EGP, the resultant shine speaks for itself.

As for driving the BMW, wifey say's no.....

Congrats on the new Beemer! We had those hatchbacks (E36) in the US for a few years but didn't make it to that E46 body style (us Americans prefer our hatches on trucks, not cars lol). Nice job waxing it!

That's a very sharp looking Beemer Camus! :peace:

Guys, shifting with the left hand is very natural, even for righties. I've been there, and done that. Row through the gears a dozen or so times and it's complete transfer from right to left.
