Nope, I've hit the Big Time, and starred as an extra on several shots of a BBC1 Police drama, broadcast every night this week.

Wow, I worked on this show with the coach for a total of 60 days last autumn, and the total tellivised length is 5 hours, making it 2 days of filming for approx 5 minutes of broadcast footage

My Bro's stepson was working as a waiter in LA and met Eric Roberts. He
got him some some 'extra' work too.
He got some walk on parts in a lack luster TV series, but
then he got a speaking part in 'White Men Can't Jump' as the Cop.
Not much came along after that, but he enjoyed his moment of glory, and moved on.

Wow, thanks very much for all the replies.............. :blush:

As for the TV work, well it's not something I have ever really wanted to do, it just happens that part of the job I do is transporting the actors (sorry, they like to be called "Artists"), and crew of various programmes that are made in this area of Britain.
Doing this has enabled me to get a "foot in the door", and led to the occasional walk on part.

My Emmerdale work is becoming quite regular now, indeed I have been asked for my autograph a couple of times recently, by die hard fans of the show that recognised me :shock:

At the moment, I am working on a costume drama for BBC1 starring Billie Piper, and the new James Bond movie, although there is a strict embargo on me passing info on the latter, (although I do have a small appearence in it P

I don't think I can ever top that, appearing in a 007 movie............... (even though it's for less than a minute :doh:
