A quick google search of that PN shows it is for 99-04 Jeep Grand Cherokee, shows a picture that is not even remotely close to what a first gen, second, or third gen Escape uses (Escape end links have a ball joint, that has through hole bushings).

Can this be used on an escape?
I ask because my mechanic said someone stole these parts. He drives an escape with front end problems.

I would read Bangster's post. I don't understand what you mean by stolen parts… They were stolen off of your car? Doesn't sound likely.
I would not purchase stolen parts...
Go to any parts supply website, enter your year make and model, they are easy to replace parts if they were indeed stolen from you.
