Just got my car insurance bill for the next six month, I'll just say i'm not happy with the price.
I have been with Allstate for a few years now no accidents no claims i'm 30 my wife is 28 and they still won't give me a break. Sooooo just wondering what everyone else has I was thinking Progressive or Geico.

I've been with Eagle Star Insurance ever since I was 16, I'm now 36 (they were the only firm to offer cover for my tractor, after I passed the test at 16)

I have 12 years no claims bonus, and I'm a member of the Institute Of Advanced Motorists, so my annual insurance bill for the Maverick comes to £320, (with a £50 excess) which covers any driver, and the 22 year old wifey on a provisional (i.e. learners) licence, providing she is accompanied in the Maverick, and showing "L" plates front and rear.

I'm with all-state for the escape. I pay like $398 for pretty good coverage and a $500 deductible. But every year i don't have an accident that deductible goes down $100.

I had state-farm prior and they can kiss my [email protected]#$ Been in a few accidents and they didn't seem to help me out AT ALL, i'm guessing if you get a good agent though you'd be ok.

Everyone's situation is different and some will save money with a particular company and some won't. We quoted with Geico recently but the savings were not enough to temp us to switch.

We've had Allstate since the beginning of time. We have auto, home, and life through them. We have been treated pretty well by them.

That being said...go buy Geico! You will contribute to our families well being...

...did I mention my wife works for Geico?

We've got Liberty Mutual, and it's pretty good considering we've got 3 drivers in the family (both parents in late 40's, I'm 17), and I've been in a minor accident caused by me. Course our rates went up but not all that much and it's still affordable.

Well I'm with Elephant.co.uk and we just paid £391 before Christmas. Fully comp, protected NCB, low excess (can't remember the exact amount), me and The Wife on the policy.

I change insurers all the time. This is the second year we've been with Elephant, as they were the only ones below £400 last year. Loads of other firms were trying to charge over £600! It's not like I'm 18! :stop:

We are with progressive. Our rates are high because both our kids are on our poilicy. We are also insuring 5 vehicles, three of them have full coverage. Tow of them are 08's ( our daughter's Focus and my Escape).

I would at least get a quote from them as your situation is much different than ours.

We use State Farm. I have a policy on our home with them, so getting the car insurance and being a long time member makes for a hefty discount on the home and auto policies. Blows the Gieco, Progressive and any other rate out of the water.

I used to have Dairymans years ago when I owned a motorcycle and an airplane. Those were two expensive ticket items that I was able to insure with them and not get nicked on the price because I had high risk hobbies. No high risk hobby now, so I go with the most coverage for the money.

So... I'll take the opportunity for a shameless plug for Geico, and you can help a member out. ;)

As I mentioned before my wife works for them. If you feel like calling and getting a quote, no need to switch, call this number:1-800-342-9070 and give them the promotional code 115748. She'll get $10. :yahoo:

Only if ya'll want to, but if not then... :fan: :D

Thank You for your time.

I just signed up with Allstate. I was on my parents American Family previously, but Allstate gave me a quote of $300 less than the packaged "deal". $500 deductible with 50/100. No un- or under-insured.
