Has anyone tried the Ford factory cargo net that stretches flat across the floor of the cargo area? What do you think of it? What do the corners attach to?

I would much rather have a cargo net that goes across the back, but there's no way to attach a net.

I recently got that net and it works well...for small stuff anyway. It attaches onto either little metal rings or nylon straps on the floor behind the rear seats. It fits very snug and it works well for what it is. Personally id spend a little more on the Ford cargo net than I would some cheapy net from walmart...the ford net is more quality.

I dont have a 2011 escape but i do have an 2007 model and it has no "hooks" in the back cargo bay either but small straps that are bolted to the frame that are under the cargo carpet, if yours has a removable carpet they might be hidden under it. there should be 4 on them, one on each side.

I'm pretty sure you mean 2 on each side. :) That would make 4 total. Or another way.......one in each corner. :)
And the auto slang saga continues...
2 on each side makes it 8 not 4!
:) I will lay this to rest...there are 2 straps on each side of the vehicle, which makes a total of 4 (2 on the driver's side, 2 on the passenger's side). That also comes out to one strap on each side of the net, which also results in a total of 4 (the net has 4 sides, and there is a strap for each corner).

Don't get so sentimental my friend.Just change your tooth paste brand.
Ampelokipi is sound and well!...and so are the tavernas around there!
Good to hear! I've never been to Athens, but I'd love to go sometime. I have some Greek colleagues here at Iowa State University - perhaps I'll try and hitch a ride with them next time they go back home to visit family!

As for my toothpaste - I'll change when you pry the tube from my cold, dead fingers  (sorry, old movie reference)
