It's getting more expensive to be a wing man - or woman - these days. The skyrocketing cost of chicken wings is causing restaurant and tavern owners to raise menu prices and threatening to put some out of business.

No kidding, Buffalo Wild Wings used to have $0.25 wing Thursdays in 2002, and now it's $0.55. $.05 a year bump

Pizza Hut has 50 cent wings on Wednesday and they're actually pretty decent wings. Plus you can get bread sticks or whatever to go with them, a pretty good deal really.

The local place near my house has Wacky Wings Wednesday. They used to be $0.10 each and had to go to $0.25 each last year. All in all still cheaper than most. I used to do 20 wings and 2 tall beers. $15 including tip. Now it is up to $20. :violin:

We have a pub close by me that does $.25 wings every day, all day. Thursday is $2 pints too.
It's not the most esthetically pleasing decor (read dump) but the waitresses and wings are hot and the beer cold. What more does a guy need.
