Whenever the hvac fan is turned on, cold air comes out of the front passenger side floor vent.
If the vents are set to floor, then there's a mixture of some warm and a lot of cold air on the pass. floor.
If the vents are set to face or defrost, then there's still cold air on the pass. floor.
If the vehicle is moving or not doesn't seem to matter.
The drivers side floor vent and all other vents work normally.
Anyone able to help please?

I looked underneath the dash and saw the two floor vent 'spouts' and both are blowing warm air, but there was also a very cold draft blowing and being deflected around the same area. I traced it back up towards a large long casing marked 400L mounted centered under the glove box with the cold draft coming from it's top. I covered the seam with duct tape and that seems to have solved it temporarily.
