Just wanted to say thanks for doing such a complete write up on your build… it was a beautiful 70° here as well ( :

have you looked to see if there are airbag levelers for towing with these vehicles? It's hard to beat them if they are.
The Airlift Kit I mentioned would fit the bill. If you route your air hoses into two separate lines, instead of a t-fitting, you can inflate or deflate each independently. They hold between 5psi to 25 psi.

The airbag system is a good deal. The trailer (and weight in the Escape) were WAY over 350/3500 and there was no real crouching in the rear.

I've begun to run into an issue I didn't think about 5 to 6 years ago.

Replacement parts for my aftermarket suspension - like KONI struts - are extremely hard to find.
