Found this back in the "Recipes" thread way back on page 10 on this forum. :D

I'm not sure of the name of this recipe, but NeAlvey called them "Dasha's Cookies" so that's fine with me!

Dasha's Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Box of Ritz crackers
1 package of chocolate bark
Peanut butter (creamy or chunky....I've always used creamy!)
Optional: Assorted sprinkles, white chocolate bark

A yummy peanut butter/chocolate treat : put a dab of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers and dip into melted chocolate bark. Make and dip as many as you want. Let cool on wax paper. During the holidays I drizzle melted vanilla bark on top and add sprinkles. Very easy and scrumptious! Tastes like a gourmet cookie!

Those sound yummy.

My new favorite ones to make/eat are extremely simple.

You take 1 mini twist pretzel and melt a Rolo on top.
While it is still hot, you place a pecan on top.
Then eat. :D

The first thing that I thought when I saw the thread subject was that Dasha had a bad reaction to the Jose Cuervo cookies.

:barf:

For anybody that likes cashews and white chocolate here is one for you

Ingredients: Cashews, Graham Crackers, White Chocolate
Amount of each product may vary according to your taste!

Smash up 1-2 packs of graham crackers into small pieces (not quite crumbs)
Chop up around 10-20 oz of cashews into really small pieces (slightly bigger than crumbs)
Mix these together real good
Melt the white chocolate until it is nice and creamy and add it to the previous mix of grahams and cashews.
Stir until it is all mixed together
Than take a spoon and begin to spoon out pieces that are about bite size and place them on a sheet of wax paper.
IF the mix starts to not stick together melt some more white chocolate and add it in.
After you have the bowl empty and all your little candies are formed let them set for 30 mins to an hour and than you can put them in a bowl, or christmas dish and start to enjoy!

Great snack for your christmas parties and you can put it in little *reese cup wrappers* and put some in a tin or what not and give them as presents!

if i forgot anything i will add it in but i think i got the basis
