OMG, what a coincidence !! My Mom makes these every Christmas (minus the sprinkles). Our son goes wild over them.

Dasha's Cookies!
Found this back in the "Recipes" thread way back on page 10 on this forum.
I'm not sure of the name of this recipe, but NeAlvey called them "Dasha's Cookies" so that's fine with me!
Dasha's Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Box of Ritz crackers
1 package of chocolate bark
Peanut butter (creamy or chunky....I've always used creamy!)
Optional: Assorted sprinkles, white chocolate bark
A yummy peanut butter/chocolate treat : put a dab of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers and dip into melted chocolate bark. Make and dip as many as you want. Let cool on wax paper. During the holidays I drizzle melted vanilla bark on top and add sprinkles. Very easy and scrumptious! Tastes like a gourmet cookie!
