If you don't need a computer when you go places, get the desktop. If you do need it while traveling, I'm thinking a laptop maybe the best of the two.

I shall eventually upgrade the computer one day. This will be maybe a few years from now. Not sure if i want a lappy with a larger display or a kick butt desktop system.
