There is a thread like this on the classic Bronco board, and while Bronco's are a lot more rare a find than Escape's, this could still be fun.

I'm watching the season finale of "The Good Guys" on Fox. Stark is running back to the police station in the DA woman's 3rd Gen charcoal grey Escape.

They advertised that episode as the "Final" show for that series. I am hoping they meant for the season and not forever. I live just west of Dallas, and the city's cops are always on the news for doing something stupid. Either to a citizen or criminal. The show is the light hearted half of reality and probably more truth to it than the current reality shows.

My two daughters and I also enjoy watching "The Good Guys" and they were quick to identify the Escape that the DA drives (and figured into the finale). They have also decided that every police officer should have a mustache!

P.S. -- for those who are interested in movies & TV featuring the Plymouth Valiant (and who isn't), check out the web site: http://www.225.ca/movie.htm

Of course, there is also the a web site that documents the appearance of the Ford Escape in movies at:

I'm not sure if my memory is still correct, but I seem to recall seeing the first 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid on television in an episode of "Alias" where it's electric-only "stealth" mode came in handy as part of the plot.
