so i had a set of Blazer driving lights bought from part sourse, worked great for a year but then in the winter would randomly stop working (figured id work on them in the warmer wether) well now they have totaly craped out. 12v tester shows power going to the lights so its not a fuse. doupt both bulbs blew at the same time so i asumed ground. re-located ground wire and nothing, striped ground only to find the copper has oxidized? and turned black through the whole wire. im assuming this is my problem?

sounds about right. i would change out the wire, and solder new conectors on the ends, and then install them and coat them with grease

What he said, sort of... :)

I'd just buy a new wire with the ends already on it. Then grease the ends after the install. :thumb:
hehe, its cheaper for me to do the solder and end, as i already have the parts in my shed lol.

Hi:

I see you mentioned that you got the lights from "Part Source". So you must be in Canada. I am thinking about the same lights, where did you mount the lights?
Do you have a pic?

Thanks
