This was a major news story in Leeds, which at the time of the incident was the culmination of a number of bus / coach thefts and joyrides....

Watching the video is quite worrying, even I don't drive like that

(well, not all the time ;) )

 I think it's actually a bus this time.

A coach is a long-distance bus with luggage compartments and comfortable seats. A bus is the type used in city transit.

I was getting a kick out of the title of the thread where Camus refers to himself as a bus driver after he made it a point to tell us he drove a coach and not a bus.

Actually, I just felt like teasing Camus. :D

Camus is an excellent Coach driver. But a terrible bus driver.

Or at least I think that's his inference. ;)

Well spotted ;) ;) ;)

Years ago, I did actually drive buses for a living, hated every second of it

However, in our industry, bus drivers are at the bottom of the PSV pecking order (buses are what Squishy put so well).
Next up are "contract drivers", who drive coaches on contract services (e.g works / school services)
Then you get coach drivers, who do day trips to the coast etc.
Then you get tour drivers, who do week long coach tours..

Eventually, you get to my level, the top link of coaching, the Executive Driver. :thumb:

In charge of a vehicle that costs over £1/4 million, comes equipped with every possible extra, including Wi Fi, toilet, shower, servery, leather seats, DVD system, 12000 cc v12 engine etc, who only do corporate work (in my case for the film/TV/music industry).
It took a lot of hard work, and shed loads of pure luck to acheive this, but it as definately been worth it...
