Looking to find if the original relay that i have is compatible with a different part number that i have in my toolbox.

Are these two interchangeable, they have the same form factor however unsure of the part number. I believe they are interchangeable as some of the numbers in the part number are for model year of Ford, so first digits may be different. Schematics on the backside list the same pinouts 1, 2, 3 & 5 and show the same diagram.
Thanking anyone who is able to let me know as i had a faulty relay and which i switched/swapped out in the fusebox with another (same part number) and solved the problem, however would like to replace the faulty one now and if i can use the spare units i have lying around in my toolbox to replace that would be good.
