They are likely identical and functionally the same and can interchange.

In the original part (engineering) number:
8T2T-14B192-AA
8T2T
8 is 2008
T2 is ??
T is Heavy Truck Engineering (???)

14B192 is the part number (samw in both, 14xxxx is wiring)
AA is the revision (or in some cases location like left/right, or color)

8L8T...L8 is Escape

Often times the 8xxT part will indicate it is a generic Motorcraft replacement (since they are all the same) being U2

There can be some differences. I modded a couple of them for use in troubleshooting (note the pins popping out the top of the one on the left), the number of connectors (some have it as a SPDT and the one you have is SPST). And yes, I got the middle one out of an Escape, the older one on the right...I am not sure, and the modded one on the left, no idea either.

and the width of the pins (I have found some sockets that the wide pins don't fit in), and some sockets that the extra connection for SPDT doesn't have a slot so it can't be used:

Those mini (half) relays are 20amp. The newer vehicles have a 10amp even smaller one for some things. Only part of them I get from the junk yard (to have as spares, to have to diagnose with, to use for other purposes) show the amp rating, like that grey one shows it is a 10/20amp relay. I have started using the smaller ones for my projects, as they are more suited to my needs, I don't need 20amps.
