Trying to get my fog lights to work. My 06 XLS didn't come with them. Have factory lights and fog light switch. Fuse and relay are good. When using FORscan there is noting in there to enable fog lights. Anyone else run in to this issue?

If it is like the headlights, there is a pair of relays that do the actual power control for the fog lights. In the case of the headlights, the SJB/GEM operate relays in response to inputs from the low amp switches. If the GEM/SJB does not have the relay installed that operates the fog lights, then the switch telling the GEM/SJB to turn on the relay will get no response.
I think I'd look at the relays to see if one is listed for the fog lights, and then do a search to see if that relay is installed. Or two. Were I doing the bean counting at Ford, I would definitely leave the relay in the parts bin when doing assembly if there were no fog lights in the build. That's money on the table...
