can anyone tell me if there is a glovebox light in a 05 escape? from what ive read there should be but in mine I cant seem to find a bulb, bracket, wire or anything at all in the glove box, so if you can shed some "light" ha ha it would put my mind to rest thanx ...Dino

I also had a 2005 Limited (bought new), but there was no glove box light, socket, or wiring.

thanx i guess that answers my question as to no there is no glovebox light, you would think there should be, iam sure that it wouldnt be hard to mod one in there on a little micro switch of sorts, i will keep that on the back burner of things to do Dino
