does anybody know if the land rover lr2 lights will fit on an 07 escape? everybody told me the lr2 is jus a rebadged escape and they do look similar but i wanted to know if anybody knew if this was true cuz i can not find the dimensions of either lights

The freelander2 is definately NOT an Escape in any way, shape or form.
A colleague at work has one, there are no compatible parts, unless you intend to do a lot of filling, sanding and bashing parts with a lump hammer and welder......

The same assumption was made when the original Freelander was released, back in the late 1990's, when Ford owned Landrover

I beleive the only thing they had in common was Ford ownership and maybe a badge design...the blue oval.

Anyway the escape, has no resemblance to a freelander.

It definitely, is not a rebadged landrover.
