I took the SC out to diagnose a misfire issue and I have another issue now.

To install the SC, most of the vacuum hoses need to be rerouted. For some reason the top part of the home that leads from the intake manifold down to the PCV valve is caving in and leaking. I'm unsure if the lines are routed the right way and the vacuum line diagram under the hood is not much help, or is the Haynes manual.

So I need a schematic or drawing of the proper vacuum line routing (hint hint, JP).

It seems a cylinder in the rear bank is misfiring, but no engine codes are thrown, but I want to resolve this first!

Any help appreciated!!

I had a big problem with the PCV value stuck/sticking and it caused very high case pressures, blowby and oil in the intake. Added oil in the intake will cause more detonation and fouling and can fail the cats. If your vac line is collapsing then I would bet your PCV valve is stuck closed.

Also I noticed the rear bank always had more oil and fouling maybe due to acceleration throwing the oil aft from teh manifold.
