I Recently Bought Anzo headlights, unfortunately they have been fogging up,
so I wanted to build my own headlights. but I’ve been having issues getting the reflector bowl clips out (without breaking them) I’m not sure if there is some way to get them out unharmed.
any help would be appreciated

Hmmm, I am surprised they're fogging…
Are the bulbs you're using seating correctly? I used a thin nylon washer on my spyders, to snug them up.

since they are brand new, have you tried contacting Anzo to see what they say? Maybe you can run some clear silicone around the housing to seal it up?

I have already contacted Anzo, and they offered to replace them. My bigger concern was the light output from the H3 bulbs in the projector. I have to use my foglights to actually see the road

I would say, let them replace them, hopefully you will at least get a sealed housing to prevent the fogging issue... if you were planning on using those houses in your custom build.
I would see if you can put that nylon washer between the bulb and the housing, see if changing the depth of the bulb affects the reflector aim.

I never found LEDs that worked-aimed right
