For the front bumper cover removal and installation: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=978
Just like the older (2001-2007) models, you need to remove the front bumper cover to get at the two lower screws on each headlamp assembly.
It's not as difficult as it sounds, but make sure you have a big blanket or several very large, soft towels to have under the bumper cover when you remove it. Also, don't do this on a windy day, unless you can secure the bumper cover. Be careful with the lower rear tabs on the headlamp assemblies. Whenever you see the 2001-2007 versions on eBay, those tabs are usually broken.
For H13 HIDs, the F-150 forums are probably the best places to look. The F-150 was probably the first truck to use those bulbs when it was redesigned for 2004.
