The good old bee juice is quite flexible. Honey can be used for baking or cooking. It is a healthy substitute for sugar. For example, i use about half a spoon in my cup of tea or coffee. Honey on pancakes or muffins provides a good topping. It is also very healthy for helping to combat a flu or cold. Heat up some milk, and then put a decent size spoon of it in the cup. Stir thoroughly so that it dissolves.
