How do I get you all on my email "whitelist"?

Right now all the the E-C notices are being shoved into my spam folder. When I try to "whitelist" it this dialog box comes up.

Anyone have ideas?

Are these emails just for topic subscriptions and PM notifications? I never get any sort of mail from the city.

Yeah, I turned off subscriptions and notifications. As long as I am not missing anything important.
