I've read several references to these steps to help with the squeaking, but have no idea how to replace the fluid, or where the boot is. Do I need to suck the fluid from the resevoir with a pump? Thanks!
You can use a turkey baster to suck out the power steering fluid, and I assume you are referring to the steering column boot. That is near where the brake and gas pedals are, where the steering column passes into the engine bay. Just spray some silicone grease on it.
