I just finished replacing the washer bottle on my wife's 08 Escape.
1) Jack up r/s front of vehicle, & place jack stand under lower control arm.
2) Remove all the screws, the rivet/screws, 1 bolt from the wheel well liner to the frame, & the 3 bolts that go from the front of the wheel well liner to the front bumper cover & remove the liner.
3) Unhook the 2 washer hoses, the electrical connection to the washer pump, & the 2 bolts holding the bottle to the body.
4) Pull the bottle to the rear & the stem on the front of the bottle will pop out of the bracket & drop out of the body.
5) Reverse steps to install. It took me about 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete. The old bottle was leaking at the seam by the filler neck.
