We sincerely hope that the people of New Orleans, and our members here at E-C (Weezy504, whxcape, and robertmelancon), are able to get safely through this storm with their families, friends, and possessions.

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has ordered a mandatory evacuation of the city starting at 8AM Sunday, August 31. We hope that you're able to get to somewhere safe.

It sucks that they are getting hit again, when it passed through here it wasn't even a class 1 hurricane and we got plenty of rain and even some flooding.

What is really ticking me is how the industry and media quickly jump on the situation and start talk of gas prices shooting up all the way to $5 a gallon mark.
